Soup of the day – Please ask your server

Fish skewer (tuna, salmon and monkfish) served with salad and yogurt dressing

Crispy goat’s cheese and basil wonton, with a trio of tapenades and salad leaves (V)

Paradiso style fish cake with an orange and fennel salad and sweet chilli sauce

Moroccan style chicken Pastilla, with sultanas, pine nuts, cinnamon and honey

Roasted leg of lamb with rosemary jus

Pan roasted free range pork with rosemary jus

Roasted corn fed chicken with a sage jus

Grilled sea bass fillet served with sprouting broccoli

Porcini Mushroom, asparagus and leek pancakes (V)

Grilled vegetable and goat’s cheese filo parcel, with a red pepper coulis
