Grilled Northumbrian lamb cutlet in and garlic and rosemary sauce, served with side salad and hand cut chips

Grilled tuna steak served with white bean and parsley salad 

Slowly braised lamb shank with leek and mustard mashed potato and roasted Mediterranean vegetables

Organic sirloin steak with chilli and spring onion oil and hand cut chips and salad leaves

Grilled Mixed fish (tiger prawns, sea bass, monkfish and scallops) served with lemon infused olive oil and parsley new potatoes

Oven roasted venison steak served with glazed root vegetables
