On 14 May 2007 Paradiso changed ownership, but don’t expect to see a change of faces ... Larbi Kamouni, Giuseppe Fruttuoso and Palmiro Vincenti are the proud owners of one of Newcastle's best loved restaurants.

An imaginative menu features Paradiso classics such as homemade fish cakes served with fennel and orange salad followed by Moroccan tagine of lamb with dried prunes, cinnamon, toasted sesame seeds and fresh pomegranate, served with coriander flatbread.  All breads and desserts are freshly made on the premises in Paradiso’s own bakery.diso’s own bakery.

Upstairs there’s an open plan kitchen which has a light and contemporary feel and a private function room which can accommodate parties and corporate events for up to 45 people.

Delivered dining allows Paradiso’s menus to be experienced in the venue of your choice.  A selection of buffet menus are available and the chefs are happy to include particular items to fit individual requirements.

"A bustling Italian eatery which seduces the local intelligentsia with its imaginative menu, thoughtful wine list and an atmosphere that's laid back but utterly professional."
